Important Changes to How You Book Rallies

From 1st December, we are making some important updates to how rally bookings work on the East Yorkshire Centre website. These changes will make the process quicker, easier, and more secure for everyone.

1. BookWhen Is Going Live

All rally bookings will now be handled through our new BookWhen system.
This means you will be able to book your rallies directly on the website with a simple form and instant confirmation.

2. Card Payments Only

We are moving away from bank transfers.
From 1st December, all payments must be made by card at the time of booking.

This makes it easier for members and gives our rally officers clear records of who has paid.

3. Deposit Increase

The rally deposit will be increasing from £2.00 to £5.00.
