SITE DIRECTIONS: From Hull follow the A165 Bridlington road, then in Beeford turn right at the Fish and Chip shop towards Skipsea. In Skipsea at the T-junction turn left on the B1242 towards Bridlington. Site is ½ mile on the right.

LIMITED: 20 Caravans

ATTRACTIONS OF THE SITE/AREA: Beach within a mile, Mr Moos ice cream a mile away, also Bridlington and Hornsea not far and some good walking routes. This is a very nice site with friendly and helpful owners and a pub in walking distance, and a fish shop.

DESIGNATED AREA FOR GAMES, ETC: No

SOCIAL: Saturday night – fun and games in the party tent or barn.

SITE DIRECTIONS: Leave Stratford heading south on the A3400 towards Shipston-on-Stour. The site is about 3 miles on the right. Watch out for EYC signs.

LIMITED: 25 Caravans

ATTRACTIONS OF THE SITE/AREA: Less than 3 miles from Stratford upon Avon. The Cotswolds, with all its delightful villages and attractions are a half hours drive away. Royal Lemington Spa, Warwick, Banbury and Evesham are all close by. Limited metered  EHU is  available – indicate on slip, first come, first served.

DESIGNATED AREA FOR GAMES, ETC: Yes

SOCIAL: Meal in a local pub and Coleman shelters for quizzes and games.

A WEEK IN DERBYSHIRE BY THE RIVER

(Follow on from Stratford upon Avon)

SITE DIRECTIONS: The site is about 10 miles from Junction 24A on the M1. Take A50 towards Derby and exit at Junction 3, “Bonny Prince” roundabout and follow the signs for the A514 to Swarkstone. 200 metres after the Cottage Texaco
Garage / Station turn right onto the A5132, Twyford Road until you get to Barrow-on-Trent. Take the first right (signposted Sin Fin Lane). Go over the rail and canal bridges and follow EYC signs.

LIMITED: 20 Caravans

ATTRACTIONS OF THE SITE/AREA: The site has EHU available at extra cost and toilets and showers are available FOC. The site is ideally situated for a short drive to Derby or Burton on Trent also the Southern Peak District. There are several National Trust properties nearby and the site is close to the River Trent and the Mersey Canal for leisurely walks. There are 3 pubs within walking distance all serving food. Burton on Trent has the National Brewery Centre and near Burton is the National Remembrance Arboretum which has 150 acres of woodland and gardens with guided walks and land train available. The highlight of the area is the Mercia Marina which is the largest inland marina in Europe. There are several walks starting from here, shops, cafes and so much more. Boat trips are available and we will try to arrange a group booking dependent on interest. This is an ideal follow-on rally from Stratford.

ATTRACTIONS OF THE SITE/AREA: Close to Bridlington and Flamborough. NO PAPERS.

DESIGNATED AREA FOR GAMES, ETC: No – Dogs must be on leads / children must be kept out of the long grass (birds nesting).

SOCIAL: A get together in the Coleman Shelters.

ATTRACTIONS OF THE SITE/AREA: Close to Scarborough and North Yorkshire Moors, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Heartbeat Country.

DESIGNATED AREA FOR GAMES, ETC.: No.

SOCIAL: White tent on site for evening get togethers. Holiday programme, cream tea, etc.

SITE DIRECTIONS: From Bridlington direction. Turn left in Beeford and follow the signs for Mr Moos Ice Cream Parlour and then look out for EYC signs and Mr Moos is on the left on the road from Beeford to Hornsea. From the Hull direction via Hornsea, from Hornsea follow the road towards Beeford. Look out for EYC signs and Mr Moos is on the right on the road from Hornsea to Beeford.

LIMITED: 25 Caravans

ATTRACTIONS OF THE SITE/AREA: Other attractions include the nearby beach, Hornsea and Bridlington.

DESIGNATED AREA FOR GAMES, ETC: Games will be managed on site.

SOCIAL: We will have an entertainment/social tent and have fun, games, bingo and quizzes either in the tent or outside according to the weather. There will be a number of children’s activities, a tuck shop, bacon sandwiches and cream teas, all to be paid for at the rally.
