Rally Information
1. The rally will be held in Victoria Park, Southport, Merseyside.
2. The rally will run from 10.00am on Saturday 4th April 2020 and close on Tuesday 14th April 2020.
3. The rally fee is £54.00 for 3 nights Friday to Sunday inclusive per unit and includes awning, one vehicle and all occupants up to the normal capacity of the unit.
4. Extra nights are £12.00 per night.
5. EHU is available at £3.50 per night and, if booked, must be for the full length of your stay.  Non EHU will be sited separately.
6. Payment of the full rally fee is required on booking which includes a £5 non-refundable deposit. The full fee will be forfeited for cancellations after 8th March 2020; EHU will be at the discretion of the organisers after this date also, no refunds will be made.
7. All vans will be sited on arrival, if you wish to be sited together please arrive together. One pitch can be saved, you must arrange to meet the outfit at the entrance and escort the outfit to the saved pitch.
8. Entry to all evening entertainment and socials in the marquee is included in the rally fee.
9. All South Lancashire Centre rules apply.
10. There will be a full programme of events throughout the rally. Please refer to the South Lancashire Centre website, for the latest information.

In Southport at the south end of Lord Street (A565) at the roundabout, take 4th exit onto Duke Street with Morrison’s on your right at the next roundabout. Please FOLLOW SLCC YELLOW SIGNS. Postcode PR8 2BZ

SITE DIRECTIONS: From Hull leave A63 for Brough. Follow signs for Brough. Just after Morrisons turn left at traffic lights into Skillings Lane. In approximateley 300 yards turn left at Clubleys Estate Agents (be careful tight entrance). From West exit A63 for South Cave. Follow signs for Brough. In 1 mile at roundabout take 2nd exit for Brough. In 1 mile left at mini roundabout, in 400 yards at traffic lights turn right into Skillings Lane, then as above.
LIMITED: 50 Caravans
ATTRACTIONS OF THE SITE/AREA: Pool and squash, showers and electric points for hairdrying. Nice walks along the Humber Bank. Visit the newly opened visitor centre and learn how the Humber Bridge was built. Sainsburys and Morrisons close by.
DESIGNATED AREA FOR GAMES, ETC: Yes
SOCIAL: Two socials Saturday and Sunday night with food (which is optional). Please indicate on the slip if you want one or both nights. Saturday night Pie and Pea supper followed by an entertainer. Sunday night Jacket Potato, please indicate your choice of filling from the following cheese, tuna, beans or mince. Back by popular request to entertain you DEANO. The cost per night will be £6 per person.

ATTRACTIONS OF THE SITE/AREA: Site on the banks of the River Ribble. Good walking country (Three Peaks), Settle to Carlisle Railway, showers, toilets. Shop on site. Please note NO electric hook ups. Family walks, weather permitting.
SOCIAL: Restaurant on site. Excellent food.

LIMITED: 55 Caravans
ATTRACTIONS OF THE SITE/AREA: The clubhouse is open all day and serves meals starting with breakfast, lunch and evening meals until 9.30pm. Sunday lunch is highly recommended, pre-booking is advisable. Showers are available and there are power points in the shower block for anyone wishing to do their hair, please feel free to use. For those who like retail therapy there are shopping outlets a short drive away. SATURDAY PAPERS ONLY.

SOCIAL: Saturday night in the clubhouse will start with the famous Drax’s Carvery, followed by the “Roy Orbison Tribute Act”, and ending the evening with a disco all for £10 per person. Details of approach:
From the North: Leave the M6 at jct44 and head west on the Carlisle Western Bypass A689 s/p Workington. Exit the bypass at the 9th roundabout on to the A595 s/p Workington. At the next roundabout take the first exit passed Dobbies Garden Centre. At the end of the road the campsite entrance is immediately opposite and will be signposted ‘CC Rally’.
From the South: Exit the M6 at jct42 and take the first exit on the roundabout s/p Dalston. At Durdar head straight over at the dog leg junction. Follow the road in to Dalston. At the church turn left on to Station Road and continue for 3 miles, campsite is on the left and will be signposted ‘CC Rally’.
From the West: Follow the A595 towards Carlisle, at the Orton Grange roundabout, take the 3rd exit passed Dobbies Garden Centre. At the end of the road the campsite entrance is immediately opposite and will be signposted ‘CC Rally’.

Other Info: Rally opens at 12:00. Question Time is being held at Tullie House in Carlisle, there is no parking on site but there is a pay and display car park close by. On site shower & toilet facilities are due to be upgraded in the new year.

THE CARAVAN AND MOTORHOME CLUB NORTHERN REGION QUESTION TIME

At Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery

Arrival: 10.30am Coffee/Tea Meeting starts at 11.00am
The Cumbria Centre, on behalf of the Northern Region, has the pleasure of inviting all members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club to join us at Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery for the annual Question Time, there is no charge to attend.
The meeting will take place on Saturday 25th April 2020 commencing at 11.00am. This is your chance to ask questions of a panel that will represent the Caravan and Motorhome Club, Caravan Dealers, Repair Agents and anything else that is caravan and motorhome related. Tea and coffee will be provided for those attending the meeting.
After the meeting you can look around the museum based within a beautiful classical Grade 1 listed Jacobean building and exclusive gift range celebrating the life and work of Samuel Bough (1822 – 1878), the much loved Carlisle artist.
Come and join us and enjoy your day.
